Cancellation & Returns Cancellation of an order is permitted if the item is stocked and has not already been shipped. Returns are permitted by written authorization only and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Orders are to be shipped back prepaid, unless otherwise specified. Special order items are NOT returnable, unless you receive written confirmation otherwise.
Delivery & Freight Claims Special order items require anywhere from approximately one to four weeks for delivery. Stocked items usually are shipped within 24 hours. Items that are usually stocked, but stock has been depleted, will be ordered in and then shipped, usually within one week. These delivery times are just an approximate, as each order varies. Please ask our customer service representative for the approximate ship date of your order.
Western Retail Interiors assumes no responsibility for any damage or loss in transit. All shipments are inspected before leaving our warehouse. Once a shipment is received by the customer and signed for as having received the merchandise in good order, Western Retail Interiors is no longer reponsible for the shipped goods. It is the consignee's legal reponsiblity to examine all merchandise upon receipt. Before signing the delivery receipt, make certain that all good are inspected for possible damage. Claims for any damage that should occur must be claimed to the delivering carrier within 48 hours. Payment for the goods may not be withheld pending settlement of the carrier damage claims.
